I oversaw the photoshoot for the NYX Eye Category Epic Ink Campaign launch and crafted the 360° go-to-market strategy, informed by insights, trends, and competitor analysis. My work spanned retail activation, push initiatives, and social hype. I led three high-impact team shareouts with 40+ attendees and drove the campaign to launch, exceeding budget by +93%.

EPIC INK GLITZ AND MATTE EYELINER LAUNCH
I collaborated cross-functionally with the DTC team to develop Stage 3 recommendations and copy for our .com site, Ultra Target, and Walmart. This included selecting hero assets and ensuring copy alignment with retail displays, etageres, boxes, and endcaps. I also tracked consumer sentiment across platforms and through our agency, Bazaarvoice, managing product orders and shipments to ensure reviews were live on the go-live date.

I managed the creation of purchase orders for the campaign and coordinated with agencies on net-60 payments. I also oversaw packaging and seeding for the video, and participated in strategic meetings to plan location, awareness, and video flow, including considerations for Spanish and English versions.

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
I lead social content briefing for Instagram and TikTok, developing detailed creative briefs that outline makeup look concepts, copy and messaging, content goals, and video length. I partner with professional creators to execute the vision, then brief assets into our external agency, Genero, where I oversee multiple rounds of editing. Once finalized, I align deliverables with the social team to ensure assets are optimized and ready for publishing.
